Terms of Service
Courtesy translation. This page is an English translation provided for convenience. The service is operated from Hungary and the legally binding text is the Hungarian original; in case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
In force from 26 August 2026 until withdrawn.
1. The service provider
Operator: Alex Kis, sole trader (AI Control Marketing), registered address: 19 Bajza Jozsef utca, 6640 Csongrad, Hungary, e-mail: info@aicm.pro. The tax number and registration number will be published once the registration of the business is complete (see the Imprint).
2. Scope of the service
The provider offers website development, marketing and automation services, and AI agent integration, according to the individual agreement (offer) made with the client. The exact content, schedule and fee of the services are set out in that individual offer in every case.
3. How the contract is formed
The contract comes into force when the client accepts the individual offer in writing (by e-mail). By accepting it, the client confirms that they have read these terms and accept them as binding.
4. Fees and payment
The fee is set out in the individual offer, based on the guide prices shown on the Services page. Payment is made by bank transfer against a payment request or an invoice, according to the schedule in the offer. The provider issues an invoice that complies with the applicable law.
5. Performance
The provider delivers the ordered service by the deadline set out in the individual offer. The client shall supply the materials, access and data needed for the work in good time; any delay in doing so extends the deadline proportionally.
6. Withdrawal and termination
A client who qualifies as a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and termination under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) within the statutory framework. For digital services produced specifically to the client's requirements, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the cases set out in law; the provider gives notice of this before the contract is concluded. Where the service has already begun at the client's express request, the provider is entitled to a proportionate fee even in the event of withdrawal.
7. Warranty and complaints
The provider gives the statutory warranty for defects under the Hungarian Civil Code for the work delivered. Complaints may be sent to info@aicm.pro; the provider investigates and answers a complaint in writing within 30 days at the latest. In a consumer dispute the client may turn to the conciliation body competent for their place of residence (for the provider's registered address: Csongrad-Csanad County Conciliation Body, 8-12 Parizsi korut, 6721 Szeged, Hungary).
8. Copyright and use
The rights to use the bespoke materials produced by the provider pass to the client once the full fee has been paid, to the extent set out in the offer. The provider's own templates, tools and know-how remain the intellectual property of the provider.
9. Liability
The provider is not liable for damage arising from incorrect data supplied by the client, from the failure of a third party (for example hosting, an external API or a payment provider), or from force majeure. The provider's liability is in every case limited to the fee of the given order.
10. Data processing
The details of the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Other provisions
Matters not regulated in these terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code and the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally; the version in force at any time is available on this website.
